A Sicilian/Italian tradition practiced once a year on or near the March 19th feast of St. Joseph, patron of the Catholic Church, in honor of his help in our time of need and with a mind directed to the poor and needy. Involves much specialized cooking and baking preparation. New willing hands in the cooking and set up are always welcomed.
